I have completed a survey, but I haven't received my coins. What can I do?

First, please allow up to 48 hours for surveys to credit to your account. Most surveys credit faster, but delays can occur.

If you still haven't received your coins after 48 hours, you will need to contact the specific survey provider you used directly. You can find guides on how to contact each provider below.

CPX Research

  1. On the Earn page, click the CPX Research card.
  2. Open the menu in the upper left corner of the offer wall.
  3. Click Statistics.
  4. Click the Help button on the survey in question.

Adscend Media Surveys

  1. On the Earn page, click the Adscend Media Surveys card.
  2. Click the support icon in the lower right corner of the survey wall.
  3. Click the Missing Points button on the survey in question.
