First, make sure that your payout has been processed by us already. You can check the state of your withdrawl under Profile > Withdrawals. Some withdrawals require manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.

Once your payout has been processed by us, you will receive an email from our payment processing partner with instructions on how to redeem your payout. Please follow the instructions carefully.
